You can remove your Get By account and personal data at any time. Here's exactly what happens and how to request it.
Email us from the address on your account at support@getby.com.au with the subject "Delete my Get By account", or use the form below.
We verify the request comes from your account email, then permanently delete your data. You'll get a confirmation when it's done.
When we process your request, we permanently remove:
Your voice recordings are never stored, so there's nothing to delete there — they're discarded the instant transcription finishes.
We retain a minimal set of records we're legally required to hold — for example, transaction and tax records associated with any purchases. These are kept only for the period the law requires and are then deleted. They are not used for any other purpose.
We action deletion requests within 30 days, usually much sooner. You'll receive an email confirmation once your data has been removed.
